The hot tub was out of order, just my luck. a hotel that only takes cash payment? absoluteley ridiculous, given the advertised credit card option. and honestly, I thought a room upgrade would be a given for someone like me, but no.

location is awesome, only a short walk to the main mosque and markets. owner is super sweet and helped with everything. breakfast is delish, and the rooms are really clean and comfy with air con. the roof terrace is a great spot for sunsetting. i felt like a total VIP with the personal service!
only downside was some amenities could use a little sprucing up, and walking to the hotel with luggage was a bit of a hassle.

The rooftop terrace is a gem, providing stunning views that are perfect for sunset relaxation. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a real lifesaver after a hot day exploring.
Payments are strictly cash only, which is a hassle given the queue-laden ATMs that can be unreliable. On our last day, we requested breakfast at 7:30 due to an early flight, but there was no one around to serve it by that time. Plus, access to the property can be tricky as you need to walk a short distance, making it a bit of a strain if you’re hauling luggage.

missingWrote a review on Jun 10great locationwalk with luggage
The riad is ideally located for exploring, just a short walk to vibrant markets and a major mosque, which made our family outings easy and fun. We loved the comfortable beds and the air conditioning, especially after our adventures in the heat. The rooftop terrace offered beautiful sunset views that added to our experience and made for great family photos.
The only downside was the need to walk a short distance to access the riad, which could be tiring for the kids at times.

The stay was pleasant with a good location that allowed easy access to explore the local culture. I appreciated the terrace for relaxing views over the city. One memorable experience was the friendly service. the staff prepared breakfast earlier for us when we had early trips, making us feel at home. It felt special to receive this attention during our stay.
Car access is limited to the property, so be prepared to walk a distance if you have heavy luggage. Cash-only payment policy created inconvenience due to lack of nearby ATMs.

The stay offered a delightful blend of tradition and comfort, with friendly service and a lovely rooftop lounge for relaxing views over the city. Cleanliness was commendable, and the comfortable beds provided a good night's rest. A minor flaw was the need for some area tidying.
